At Collector Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases and vintage pieces may be subject to specific exchange-only conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
